The Matrix Talents story

Matrix Talents Limited was founded with a clear purpose: to connect exceptional hospitality professionals with businesses that need reliable, skilled, and flexible staffing support.

What began as an ambitious staffing company has grown into a trusted hospitality partner supporting some of London's most respected venues. Today, Matrix Talents helps five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, premium pubs, private members' clubs, event venues, and independent hospitality businesses maintain the highest standards of service.

We provide both temporary and permanent professionals across front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including waiters, bartenders, hosts, chefs, kitchen porters, housekeeping staff, glass polishers, and event teams.

A venue can have the right menu, the right room and a reputation built over years — and still lose a service because one person did not arrive. I have seen it happen, and I know what it costs.

That is the problem Matrix Talents exists to solve. Not by sending whoever is free, but by knowing our people well enough to send the right one. Every candidate is interviewed, referenced and right-to-work verified before a client ever meets them, and we carry the payroll, pensions, holiday pay and compliance that come with employing them.

We take the same care on the other side of the placement. The people we send out are not shifts to be filled. They are professionals building careers in a demanding industry, and they deserve honest work, honest hours and to be paid properly and on time.
